Louisa is a UK qualified Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist. Louisa has 13 years of experience working across both the private health sector and for professional sports teams providing deep tissue and sports massage to elite level athletes, ranging from rugby to jiu-jitsu. Louisa is also specialised in pregnancy and scar tissue massage.
Louisa is also qualified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, a technique used to reduce swelling and aid the recovery process post-surgery, release scar tissue to speed up the healing process, ease bruising and enhance circulation.
