Nicolas graduated in Physiotherapy from Leeds Beckett University, England in 2017 and is originally from Mauritius.
He started to develop his competencies in the UK National Health Service in intensive care and major trauma, orthopaedic surgery, outpatients lower limb physiotherapy, along with pitchside rugby union. A ski season in the French Alps later allowed him to further gain skills and knowledge in winter sports injuries and adapt to challenging environments.
In Mauritius, he worked within a multidisciplinary team in a renowned private hospital before managing his own practice, dealing with common musculoskeletal conditions, orthopaedic surgery rehabilitation, neurological cases, as well as high level sports injuries. Looking after adolescent athletes through the RM Academy of Sports and covering local and international rugby games, such as the Africa’s Sevens tournament, allowed Nicolas to greatly develop acute injury physiotherapy management. Further international experience through the Commonwealth Games in 2022 and Le Cure de France in 2024 also contributed to his clinical, management experience.

Nicolas is very patient-focused, tailoring his rehabilitation specifically to each individual and their therapeutic needs and goals. With a variety of manual techniques, exercise prescription and rehabilitation protocols he ensures the optimal recovery journey for patients with diverse conditions. These vary from spinal pain to more complex shoulder injuries, ankle sprains and knee pain, while dealing with the patient’s comorbidities and other complications. Consistently, he will treat and educate patients promoting well-being and healthy lifestyle.
His numerous travels and relocations honed him with cultural adaptability and the ability to work perfectly in both French and English in which he is fluent.
